Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Any article purchased online (excluding beauty items like cosmetics and fragrances) can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, with tags intact and packaging in original condition.
  • Exchange is valid both online and in-store (if applicable), only with proof of purchase.

Note: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

Acceptable proofs include:

  • Digital order confirmation email
  • Order invoice/receipt

Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
  • For home items, they must be returned in The Lookbook Studios’ original home packaging.
  • Products delivered in boxes (such as premium unstitched collections) must be returned with all original box components.
  • If the item is defective, in the wrong size, or not as ordered, you’ll need to provide photo/video proof for verification.

Online Exchange Process

  2. Share your order details and issue.
  3. Once verified and deemed eligible, we’ll schedule a pick-up from your doorstep.
  4. The exchange process usually takes 7–10 business days to complete.

Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, with tags and packaging in original condition.
  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Incorrect items
    • Defective/damaged products

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. If eligible, we’ll arrange a pick-up from your location.
    1. After the returned item(s) are received and verified, a credit voucher equal to the product’s value will be issued.
    2. Vouchers can be used only on our online store.
